Just saw "Star Trek", which was pretty awesome, even for a neophyte. This was a technical drawing of the Enterprise for a card I did for a Trekkie friend of mine.

Another character from the movie. Would have made a great spin-off movie too.

Deadpool/Weapon XI/Wade Wilson

There's talk of a "Deadpool" spin-off movie. That will be pretty cool.
BTW, he's pretty awesome in the animated movie: "Hulk vs Wolverine" too.

Rambo (2008)

Just recently saw the new "Rambo" movie. Boy, Stallone looked old. Ultra-violent and gory with lots of blood and guts. Here, John Rambo has a run-in with a certain wascally wabbit.

I watched "Wolverine" last night. It was pretty good. There were some really visual characters. I wanted to make some sketch cards from the movie.

Yo Joe!!

So I just watched this great animated movie called: "G.I. Joe: Resolute" [], which was pretty much the grown-up/anime version of G.I. Joe. It was really intense and well done. It reminded me of my childhood when I used to draw G.I. Joe vs Cobra vehicles and then draw out each attack. It looked something like this.

The Black Hole

He was known as the "Black Hole" because when you pass him the ball, you would never see it again. But boy could he clothesline.

Single Parent

Poor guy, his wife ran off with a Go-Bot. Obviously one of his kids has "special needs".
